The bi-annual Canadian Pupil Transportation Conference connects school transportation business officials, bus owners, contractors, federal and provincial government partners, and suppliers and manufacturers from all over North America, all under one roof! Attending the conference provides you access to the very best in school bus safety and student transportation training, peer-to-peer networking, and the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies and trends in the industry.

The 2024 event is being hosted by the Association of School Transportation Services of BC (ASTSBC) who are dedicated to the promotion of safe transportation and encourages those associated with it to do likewise. Through its membership, and the strengths and efforts of all individuals involved, it is held in high regard both inside and outside the transportation industry and is proud of its heritage, the efforts of its many members and associates, and continues to seek out the best in all fields of student transportation.

This year's venue will be the Penticton Trade & Convention Centre located in the Okanagan Region of British Columbia, known for its quaint towns, lush vineyards and network of clear blue lakes and rivers surrounded bu rolling, sun-dappled hills. The convention centre has played host to thousands of events since 1965, and has built a reputation on superb hospitality, phenomenal food and versatility, and boasts 60,000 sq. ft. of flexible event space.
